Attach a Summary on top of the contract. This page or paragraph summarizes the key things the user should take away from the contract.
The contract you are working with looks the same as many other contracts.
A Summary page makes the contract and information in it more discoverable. By showing the core terms or keywords in it you give the user an overview of the information, the big picture, and let them choose if and where to dig in further. It serves users who might be ‘skimmers’ by helping them find key points quickly.
Create a one-page Summary that contains the contract’s core terms. Include what most users look for and need to find. Where possible, use color coding, icons, and diagrams to engage users and help them navigate the materials.
